Client: CCECC-SCB JV
Sector: Construction & Civil Engineering
Engagement: Ongoing, since 2025

The Challenge
CCECC-SCB JV first turned to Eng Lee in 2025 after another crane contractor pulled out of a hoisting job because their crane couldn't be positioned on site — Eng Lee stepped in with a 700-ton mobile crane and completed the lift that same day. That job led to an ongoing scope: moving oversized segments and frames from the client's factory to Project J112, some as tall as 7.2m and as heavy as 70 tonnes, then discharging and installing them on site. With road transport, auxiliary escort, and heavy lifting all in play, tight route coordination and on-site handling were critical to avoid delays.

The Solution
Eng Lee provided the road transport and auxiliary escort for the oversized cargo, paired with 700-ton mobile crane services for lifting and installation — giving the client a single, integrated transport-and-lift solution.

The Outcome
By coordinating specialized equipment and support services under one scope, Eng Lee reduced handling complexity and kept project operations running smoothly. Rather than sourcing separate vendors for transport and crane work, the client could hand over the whole job to one partner — a relationship that's held steady at roughly 3–4 deliveries a week since 2025, ever since that first same-day rescue.
